The best way to reach us is contacting our team via email. Send us messages at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer phone help only to orgnizations that have a membership with us. Our phone number is: (072) 248-9877. If you call us and you don't have a membership, we will not answer your questions. We are a very small team and email is the best way to get your questions answered. We'll almost always answer your email in one business day (usually much faster). You can also use our Contact Us page to send us messages.
All receipts can be downloaded from our website. If you are American or British donor you will always get a tax receipt. If you are an Israeli donor, you should be aware that not all organizations use our receipts service and not all of them have a section 46 approval. Either way, go to your account and click the "My Donations" link on the menu on the left. Next to the donation you made, there is a link to download a receipt and if there is no receipt, you can click the button to send a receipt request to the organization you donated to, with a copy in an email to you.
You can cancel a donation from your account. Go to your account and click the "Cancel Donation" on the left menu. If the donation was made in the last 7 days and you did not delete your credit card, you will be able to delete the donation immidiately and get a full refund to your credit card. If you deleted the credit card info, you will have to enter it again and then do the cancellation. If the donation was made more then a week ago, we will send a notice to the organization or individual you donated to, with a copy for your record. Please read our refund policy here.
No! You do not need to enter a credit card info to get a free donor account. To donate you will need a credit card. The system will save the credit card info to make it easier for you to make additional donations. However, if you wish, you can go to your account and delete that information. Deleting credit card info will also cancel all periodical donations you may have.
No! You can have an account and raise money for organizations or yourself without paying a penny. If want to know what fees we charge please go to http://tormim.org and look at the Costs menu.
Every donor who donates through our website, gets an account automatically. We send you information about the new account in an email. You will need to set your password for the account by clicking the link in the email. Once you do, you will be able to use it.
Every authorized user who has an account in our website can create a campaign for any organization. The campaign will be launched only if the organization approves it. Go to your account and click the "Create Campaign" link in the menu on the left. You will then be redirected to campaign creation page and you will be able to select an organization and upload media and content for the campaign.
Every authorized user who has an account in our website can his/her prefrences in our website. Go to your account and click the "Prefrences" link in the menu on the left. You will then be redirected to the prefrences page and you will be able change them there.
